1. This machine uses A and B two sets of saw shafts, which can make shallow grooves.
2. The spacing of the shaft is 20mm, the thickness of the sawtooth is 1.8mm.
3. The Max.thickness of the panel is 70mm.
4. The saw blade is on the upper side of the platform,using belt conveyor.
5. Saw blade lifting adopts PLC and touch screen control, and it can be automatic positioning.
6. The belt is locked by air cylinder.
7. Plate fixation adopts platform adsorption.
8. Processing size of the plate is 1280 x 1280mm.
9. The spacing of the groove is 20±2mm;The width of the groove is 2±0.5mm; The thickness of the groove is 2±0.5mm.
10. The size of the saw blade is Φ205mm x Φ74mm x 1.8mm x 1.2mm x 60T.
11. The grooving of this machine is suitable for the balsa wood,PVC and PET and so on.
